Basically the topic question. I get paid this Friday and the Metal Gear Solid Edition is becoming rare......fast. I don't think there will be one in the area by Friday. So this brings up my question. Should I buy a referbished 60GB? I want Backwards Compatability because I have never owned a PS2. There are alot of good games I want on it. But I want the 80GB because I save money buying MGS4 and a rumble controller. So I am in a middle of a rut here :( Besides backwards compatablity and Hard Drive space, is there any other difference between the 80GB and the 60GB? Thanks for helping a future PS3 owner out :)

Okay so I want to buy a PS3 for MGS4. But there are also some cool games that I see on PS3 that are also on 360. What makes me think about getting the xbox version is because of XBL. I love XBL. I have heard some people say that PS3 online is pretty much the same but is it true? One of my biggest concerns is that alot of people PS3 online have no mics. I love talking to people and if most people online have no mics then thats almost a deal breaker there. Can anyone shed some light on the online experince?

I have been out of the game buzz for a while now, So I don't really know what games are hott right now. But I am finally getting some free time to myself again and I want to buy a ps3. Mostly because I want MGS4 and sony has the blu ray. But other than that.... thats it. Can you guys help draw me more into the PS3. What I am looking for is any cool features, upcoming games, maybe some new online stuff.I had a 360 for about 2 years until my mom threw it out the window :!. But I kinda got bored with the 360 so I didn't care. Thanks a bunch in advance.

Before i go on i want to let you know that this isnt a verses topic. I am not here to bashPS3 Online or w/eyou call it.You see i am a xbox 360 owner and i want a ps3. I am debatingonif i should trade in my 360 and 7+ games to get a ps3.The xbox 360 has alot of good games but after seeing E3 the ps3 will get alot of good games that i would like as well. I also belive that the ps3 along with its blue ray is more powerful than the xbox 360 ( example Killzone). But one of the major reasons that i love the xbox 360 is its online feature. I simply love xbox live and the marketplace and such. But i just got a question and this is aimed towards all of the people who are fortunate enough tohave a ps3 and a xbox 360.The question is how does xbox live compare to ps3 online. I know that xbox live is much more richer but does it really make that much of a difference. Free Online is tight but i dont know if free is actually better. So please give me some info. Also please be mature about it. I know this is in system wars but i just want to have a inteligent convo not some rant. Thanx :D

I must say at first i was with xbox 360 all the way, but now I must say the ps3 is pretty nice. I want it but all i have is $220 dollars. But if figured if i traded in all my 360 stuff i could get one. I have a xbox 360 w/ hard drive, 2 wireless controllsers, Gears of War limited edition, Oblivion, Hitman: Blood money, Dead or alive 4, GRAW, a headset, halo1, halo 2, and 2 copies of halo 3 ( one legendary one and one normal one) and one wireless adapter, a quick charge and a play and charge kit. Soo i know i am not short of stuff for a ps3. But the only thing holding me back is halo 3 cause i want that really bad. But I have to ask the ps3 owners. Is it really worth it? Is the only really as good as xbl? And how do blue ray movies look? I need to know b4 i trade in all my stuff. Any comments would be helpful thanx.
