PS3 is different with a bluray drive the processors need to read part of the game from the HDD at the same time they're reading part from the disc. Otherwise the game would be a nightmare to play.

It's because most games are developed for the Xbox 360 (Windows platform) first and then ported to PS3; developers are just too lazy to spend enough time to make the game possible to play only using the disc. Look at the games like FF13, God of War, Infamous, Uncharted etc. These games have an install only around 20mb because they were developed for the PS3 from the very start.

Hello, i have cancelled my subscription today (sunday) but i still got charged.

this is the message i got:

"Remember, once your subscription (Subscription ID: 661417) has ended on 10/02/2011 you will no longer have access to any special membership benefits."

i dont want to get charged just because i cancelled my subscription on the renewal date, there is supposed to be a reminder that lets people choose if they want to continue the membership or not, wouldn't be hard to incorporate this feature into the site's profile would it? or that would hugely decrease your subscribers because you want to make the process as hidden as possible like microsoft? i cannot even find a proper contact page on this website anymore.
