Wipeout 1-3 all the way! Wipeout 2097 (XL) is my favourite game of all time. Other than that, my top racing franchises are: Simulation RFactor ] Richard Burns Rally ]-----The two most immersive racing games I've ever played. Semi-Sim Colin McRae Rally ToCA Touring Cars The Evolution Studios WRC games Arcade Project Gotham Racing Ridge Racer (Although R4 was the only decent one) FlatOut Burnout Destruction Derby 80% of the games I play are racing games, and I have the unusual opinion and most RPGs are unbearably dull. The opposite of most people here!

WRC Rally Evolved was PAL only if you like rally games. It's supposed to be one of the better ones. Colin McRae 2005 was also on Xbox and PC - not an exclusive ;)

I've wanted a Vita since launch, but last christmas I ended up buying an Xbox instead. A year later, I have £200 to spend on a thingy, and I've narrowed it down to either a Vita or a Google Nexus 7 tablet. Problem is, there are very few games on the Vita that look appealing to me. Little Big Planet looks phenomenal, and when I played through the first few levels in a game shop this week, I absolutely loved it - it's almost the Vita's killer app. Wipeout also looks great, as does Sonic Racing Transformed (I played the Xbox demo, and it's the best kart racer ever made - that's no exaggeration!). Problem is, when I drop £200 on a games console, I want to be sure it will give me years of fun, and I'm not sure the Vita's games library at the moment would provide that. Many of the so called 'big titles' released on the Vita have been mediocre; CoD declassified, Resistance, Ridge Racer, Modnation Racers (I thought it was pretty poor when I played it in the shop). Fighting games don't interest me at all, which rules out Marvel vs Capcom, Reality Fighters, All Stars Battle Royale, etc. Some of the games seem to be downgraded console ports (Assassin's creed, NFS most wanted). I already own Rayman Origins on Xbox. I have a few questions: -How good is Gravity Rush? It's received luke-warm reviews, and looks pretty weird. Is it a great game, or pretty average? -Does Uncharted match up to it's PS3 iterations? From what I've seen of it, it seems to be not much more than a glorified tech demo. It makes use of every single control gimmick the Vita has to offer. -Even though I don't usually go for RPGs, I have been known to enjoy the odd FF game, and I loved Phantasy Star IV on the Mega Drive. Is Persona Golden accessible for a relatively uninitiated RPG player? I'm worried that because the Vita hasn't really taken off as well as everyone had hoped, third party devs will stop supporting it and it will die a premature death in 2013. Lastly, any great games I've overlooked that you can recommend? I'm mostly interested in Racing, action sports and FPS. RPGs not so much (I have a very particular taste in RPGs) and I can't stand fighters. If only there was a Final Fantasy game on the horizon (Type-0 HD would do nicely, thanks.) or a proper Motorstorm game. My purchase would be sealed!

Is it a full retail copy of the game, or is it the bundled JSRF/Sega GT disc that came free with the console? I have both, and while both are backwards compatible, the full retail version runs better, I've not encountered any noticeable slowdown yet.

FF XIII has Lightning and pretty graphics. ...which makes it much more worth my time than FFX, which has neither. Tidus was instantly dislikable. On a more serious note, I'm currently about 80% into FF XIII on my first playthrough, and shock horror, I'm enjoying it. The battle system is actually really fun and gets much better after the first disc. I must say that the gameplay feels almost entirely disengaged from the plot though, while all this serious sh*t is going on in the story, you're just going through killing waves of irrelevant monsters... Oh wait, that's also the case in almost every RPG ever made. Silly me.

I realise I bang on about it, but Amped 2 is the king of extreme sports games that never gets any love. Sooo much better than any of the SSX games, and it was an original Xbox exclusive. Its a shame that extreme sports games have been forgotten about during this gen. Also: JSRF Halo 1 and 2 Project Gotham Racing 1 and 2 Quantum redshift Best version of Rayman 3 and Burnout 3 Crimson Skies: HRtR Midtown Madness 3

I once found an unboxed SNES in a used electrical store priced at £100. I asked the shopkeeper what possessed them to price it so high, and they replied 'thats what they go for on ebay'. One year later and I scooped up a better condition SNES in cash converters for the princely sum of £15. It would have been worth that much if it were mint in box, but unboxed with a 3rd party pad and a couple of sucky sports games... no thanks.

Title. My local game shop has a big selection pf PS1 RPGs in at the moment, and I was wondering which one's are worth playing. Reason for exclusions is that Xeno and Chrono weren't released in PAL territories (heaven knows why not), and I fancy something other than Final Fantasy.

My collection's not all that interesting compared to the ones already posted, but I'm proud of it nonetheless! None of it's particularly rare, my most valuable game is probably my boxed Zelda: Link to the Past. Most of the others are fairly common. (The remainder of my Saturn games aren't pictured, but they're only Panzer Dragoon 1, Sega Rally, Sonic Jam and Daytona CCE). My current current console setup here at uni: The drawer of consoles not currently set up: Boxed games at home: Stuff I've acquired since the other pictures were taken: Loose Carts: Most Mega Drive games do have boxes, but I store them loose in a shoebox and leave the boxes at home.
