I'm on quite a roll wouldn't you say!

So I thought of a new segment for the blog:

Gaming Goalies:

Here every Monday I list a set of gaming goals for the week, the following Monday I will address any goals uncompleted and list new ones.

Beat Gears of War on Insane:

I beat the game on hardcore less than 20 minutes ago so a week for insane - Lets Move Out!

Score 1,000,000 points in Geometry Wars:

My current high score stands at 749,685 (400 hundred more points - literally one enemy- and I would have gotten another life)

New Games:

Deus Ex

OK, I've been getting a lot of older adventure games lately and I thought I would try and old skool shooter (other than doom, quake and half life- I've already played them) and so I settled on Deus Ex (It was on Steam-what can I say) and I didn't get past the first level-this game really hasn't aged well. On an older game like this the technical prowess of the graphics shouldn't be criticized so I'll leave them alone. The one thing that really stopped me from enjoying it was the clunky control scheme and interface, I spent half an hour fiddling with the controls and it still didn't feel right. I might pick it up again a bit later.
