The campaign and co op look very underwhelming when compared to MW3,s, Ghost Recon Future Solider etc. But the multiplayer is the reason you will buy this game
Crysis 1 and 2 are both enjoyable shooters but they really lack innovation. The game mechanics are also not as good as competition eg. halo, Call of Duty
I agree crappy bland characters, generic predictable story and bad multiplayer. I cannot however say that I hate the game because I really enjoyed some of the action and the level design was superb. It deserves praise but not the amount that it gets,
