The question is not OS. Having the right OS for the game is easy to meet. It's the hardware that's the problem. Just because you install Windows on a Mac doesn't mean it can play a game. Also, yeah, go with Windows 7, not Vista. Vista is slow.Ok thanks alot, but im buying a mac to have and use the mac side, the point is if i ever get bored or something, id like to have the vista side for just some online games. I also wanted to say I have an xbox 360 already, and that I do play mw2, cod4, have beaten far cry2... you name it.
i hope u understand its not for serious gaming, just for some nighttime fun with some friends or ppl online.

Splinter Cell series. Still some activity but matchmaking takes 2-10 minutes from what I gather. I know when I played Chaos Theory finding a match was easy, so I'd say Splinter Cell is a dead series when it comes to online play. We'll see what Blacklist will do.I've rarely ever seen a PC game that you couldn't find someone to play with. The only game I can think of where I had a problem finding people was Universe at War, but if you have played that game you would easily understand why noone plays it.
