I have two sets of TB. The first one I bought was the $59 set similar to the x11s and I was not impressed with the sound quality. They seemed very "boomy" and the cords were a hassle. I agree with Deceptions post that the higher end headsets are expensive and not in everyone's reach but with that being said, I would recomend the TB X41's to any serious gamer. I researched all of the higher end sets I could find, Astros, Triton, etc. and went with the X41's. I saw several reviews where people complained about a interference hiss with the wireless but I have never had any problems. As far as the batteries go, I just pick up a 16 pack of AA's from Walmart and that keeps me in business for a couple of months. If you have a chance, compare the two side by side and I assure you, you will find the extra $ for the X41's. ( And don't forget that the x41's have 5.1 surround.)
