I remember around 1993-1995, I had this cd that was 50 PC games (or some other number). There was this one game which graphics were very much like asteroids. You were in this ship and flew around and could take over planets by landing backwards on it slowly. Over time, a base would build up and you could destroy other bases by shooting at them and destroying components. This is a horrible explanation but hopefully the asteroid graphics would help. The players were obviously one color: red, blue, etc. I remember you could pick the personalities of your opponent and the only one i remember was "shrewd". Sorry this is horrible explanation but all i remember about bfully devleoped bases were some supply ships in orbit with a bunch of floating building inside.
