Hmm, I dont know how I can make this clear. Let me give you an example. Lets say you are homeless, sitting in the streets, asking for spare change. Someone walks by, and they pull out a dollar or two. Not sure if they are actually going to give it to you, you ask them for change, and then they say: "Well I was going to give you this here, but now that you asked, I'm not".
