I ordered a ps4 pro from them about 2 years ago. It arrived brand new. Zero issues with the console.

These are the kinds of things that I expect to see from a NEXT GEN console. Nobody cares about playing 10 year old games at 60fps.

Hopefully this means ps5 will also have interchangeable colors. The white looks sleek but I would love a matte black plastic insert.
