Thought for sure you were gonna say no noise in space, because LOTS of movies (and games) get that wrong.
ObiWanKenBloMi's forum posts
I just bought the game (first one, not MW2) off of Steam and it runs fine for the most part but it regularly seems to freeze for anywhere from 5s to 1min. I can't really tell whats causing this and have tried experimenting with different settings to see whats causing it but no luck so far. I'm pretty sure that my computer passes the recommended system requirements, but I'll post my system specs anyway:
GPU: 7900 GTX 512 MB texture memory
CPU: 2.5 Ghz Core 2 Duo
RAM: 2 GB DDR2
OS: Windows XP
Sound: Creative SB 5.1 speaker configeration
I run the game with most settings at the highest except shadows and AA at a 1280x1024 resolution. Lowering the resolution seems to help slightly, but I still have the same problem.
First X-Men movie
Storm: Know what happens to a toad when it gets struck by lightning? Same thing that happens to everything else.
Never believe a government unquestionally, but a certain amount of loyalty from the citizens is required to maintain order.
When order is lost, truly oppressive governments have the opportunity to rise up and take control.
These types cause franchises to stagnate; they won't allow change. They should at least give it a chance to see if they like it.
I run most of my games at 1600x1200 and I dont really see any jaggies, so is there any reason to turn AA on? Does it enhance picture quality at high resolutions?
Thanks.
I'm all for this idea of you going to Afganistan if it means there will be one less anti-American brat on this site.
