In my town there's this Local Music/Art Improv show, it's basically where local musicians can get their 15 minutes of stage time. Only in front of about 15 - 30 people since there's only set out chairs in front of an espresso stand. It's pretty sweet though, it's showing every Friday untill the 25th of Augest and going from 7 -10pm. I watched a couple of performers last night around 10 and it was cool.

Pretty much I want to get together with Stuart and/or Logan to do a performace by next Friday. This might not happen because I gotta inform him about now so we can get some serious practise in and maybe write some songs.He is out of town though and so this friday won't work, he's coming back this Satuday or Sunday though, so, next weeks Friday I hope it is.

So, yeah. Wish me luck.

Yes, that's right. Airsoft. I ordered XM8 Sand Spider spring airsoft rifle from www.shortysusa.com about a week ago, and eagerly I waited not sure wether I made a good buy or not at 50 bucks.

I did...

It arrived today at my surprise a day early and not only with the gun. With a f-cking bipod already attached that I had NO idea it would come with. 4,000 .20 gram BBs. and 3 mags. Which hold I think 50 rounds. For a sniper, that kicks major booty.


The gun overall is about 6 pounds, twice the wait of a normal springer making it very realistic and balanced. The stalk is adjustable and has a nice removable rubber padding on the stalk and non-removable rubber (very comfortable) on the grib on the berrel.

Enough of the looks. I was checking it out for accuracy finding the adjustable hop up very usefull. It was as accurate as I had dreamed and chipped a wood door from around 80 feet away. Imagine getting hit in the face with that from 30 feet.
