While reading the latest Game Informer not too long ago, I came to realize that I'm slowly, but surely, slipping into that gaming demographic that I have so-longly ridiculed... The "Casual Gamer". It hit me pretty hard too, I consider myself such a diehard Nintendo fan, yet I go days sometimes without turning my Wii on. Furthermore, I'm letting great titles such as Metroid Prime 3, and The Phantom Hourglass, slip through my grip. So I must reverse this by using my 3 step program.
1.Get a Job- With a job, I can purchase more games and accesories, keeping me more in tune with gaming and my system(s)
2.Get on Gamespot more- Yes, I've said this so much, but I really do love this place, it's went a little down since it's prime about a year ago, but it's still a fun place.
3.More Gametime- I've been limiting myself quite alot on Gametime, soetimes going for just a quick game of Battlefront II, or a couple minutes in Wii Sports, but to truly be HxC I must complet all of my games, 100%.
So there it is, I hope to keep you updated more with my gaming goings-on, and you should see me around more often as well.
Anyways, my brother bought God of War for his PS2, and it's pretty fun, I also borrowed GHE:RT80's to play some, with GH3 right around the corner I need to build up my skill (Yeah right I just 98%-ed an expert song, and 86%-ed one on Hyper mode) Some more wii Sports and a dose of Trauma Centershould keep my Wii running, and I have yet to beat SPM.
I also had some news today... I'm probably getting a 360 for Christmas, and this comes with mixed feelings. It would be mine and my two brothers, which always brings about them playing my games (My 6 year old brother has already went through 2 Halo 2's, he's not very polite with his discs.) I could always keep my games in my room, but say I bought Halo 3 and both of my bro's want to play it, it would be impractical too own two copies.. But I digress....
