My mom took me and my brother to Gamestop the other day, and then to Taco Bell. At GS I hung around for a bit talking to the manager about games *Surprise*! I got to play a PSP for the first time and those who know me know that I severely dislike Sony. Even through my sony-hating mist I can see why people appreciate the PSP. It's got very nice graphics, has a nice control scheme, and the whole system is compact and sleek. I dismissed it though, as just a media machine like it seems all systems are turning into these days (One of the reasons I support the Revolution...). Anyways my mom is getting me a Game Boy Micro for Christmas, so that'll be fine with me! Then I walked to the back of the store where I seen the 360 sitting there begging for me to play it. At first glance I seen it was WAY bigger than what I thought it would be...I can give Microsoft one thing though, the Graphics on the Demo movies were amazing! Then I decided to give it a spin and I grabbed the controller and almost jumped back with horror! It isn't made out of the Hard Plastic I'm used to, it was made out of soft scratch-it-and-leave-a-mark plastic. I could tell it would make my hands sweat after a few minutes! Then when I tried to play it feltlike the controls were bunched to gether and I couldn't get a feel for the gameplay. After playing King Kong, and Kameo I walked back to the Gamecube Section picked up Metroid Prime, Nintendo Power, and EGM, and headed for the checkout where I also grabbed a cool Legend of Zelda wristband! Then I walked out with awesome Gaming Merchandise, 10 Soft Tacos, and 1 Day of School Left until a whole weekend of gameplaying...
Note:I've Decided to Discontinue my Smash Trophy Count, for now, mainly because I'm kinda into Metroid Prime at the moment!
