Something about an HTTP error.

Had it installed and played fine before.

Been a month since I played it ....but now I get this stupid error.

Re-installing ( cleaning files, folders, temp files )....nothing. Still same error.

Glad it's a free game.

Ideas ?

I didn't like it. Boring and repetitive..starts with bang and then just dies a slow boring death. If it's cheap enough..go ahead. It's an ok game. I liked Bioshock better.

Yeah your probably right. They are cheaper now...way cheaper. Mine were not cheap...but that was two years ago. ( And fickle ...had to return one 2 X ) And I agree they do help with certain programs and games ( Large open world loading...especially if modded with hi res textures ) And of course load times. But with most of the games I play...I don't see much difference. But since they are much less expensive then when I bought mine...I'd say go ahead. Wish I had waited...I could get them for half of what I paid back then.

^That's what I meant. My SSDs are fine by the way. Takes longer to type in my password then it does to boot. I just don't feel they are worth it for most games.

I have 2 X 250 g SSDs and 2 x1 Tb HDDs. Besides boot time and a few games I don't think they are worth the extra money. Most games running side by side you won't see a difference.

Steam still coming out it as it floated by.

Cars careened  madly as they and thier occupants hurtled by to crash into buildings below.

Mud flowed like lava carrying the debris of my neighbors homes and the unnumbered boulders which sealed their destruction.

A pickup truck lay impaled in some ones living room.

Everywhere the smell of ash and burned wood overlayed with the reek of a gas line break. And everywhere the dankness of mud.

Then I saw that the debris in a tree, up the street, was not debris.

I knew that person.

I saw a water heater today.

Could be a bad driver install ( happens ) Use driver cleaner and reinstall. Easiest way to fix it is to roll back drivers to where it was working fine. I never update drivers as soon as they pop up....too many bad experiences. I'm using 4 month old drivers and all my games are fine.

I wonder what the giant... thing in this embiggenable artwork is supposed to be. Maybe a submarine?

Not a submarine...a super oil tanker. It is the prop and shaft...I don't see the rest of the ship though. No submarine in the world has a propeller that big.
