Look, I'm loving the game and really feel like I got my money's worth, there is a lot of content in the game that makes it worthwhile. The problem with the review is that many people look at this and immediately judge the game without even trying it, therefore, they will not buy it. I loved every game in the main series, and that's not to say I'm a fanboy by any means, it just means that I understand that the series can't go back to its roots at this point because of the story. I went into the game expecting a great action game and that is exactly what I got, and more. One demo is not enough to have a full opinion of a game. Beat it, then come back and give your opinion.
Except they're NOT zombies with guns, they're MUTANTS with enough intelligence to wield guns and to actually work together. If you didn't notice actual zombies appear in the game, in Leon's campaign. When the hell do you EVER see a zombie hold a gun in that scenario? Think before you type something again, idiot.
You're absolutely right, I've kept an open mind about the series, and have loved each of the games for what they are. And I actually understand why the series had to go the direction that it did, you can't have a survival horror game without some level of mystery, which is all but completely vanished in this series, the whole world knows about Umbrella's experiments and about the mutations and zombies and shit. Hence, the military rolling in. Anyway, people have to stop living in the past and just enjoy a good action game.
Yeah, I can usually learn stuff from his reviews and playthroughs, too. This is exactly why I stopped reading these bulls*** reviews and started listening to dsp, he actually knows what he's talking about.
Yeah, Agent Hunt was a great idea, and I understand the bad controls, zombies and mutants don't have the most stable and controlled minds ever, and I think that is reflected on the difficulty of the controls. I also rarely had any problems with the AI, so overall, the game can be just as enjoyable solo as it is co-op. And the story was excellent, it really does deserve a 9.
No, he's wrong because he does not know how to review a game properly and objectively, he's a moron. Watch this review, it'll give you true insight into the game.
This guy is a complete and utter moron, this game does NOT deserve a 4.5 AT ALL. Watch this review of this game, DSP actually knows how to review a game professionally, not like this idiot.
Uh, no, the current dlc is multiplayer maps, extended cut, and From Ashes. Except for the latter, it is all free, so I don't know what he's bitching about.
