I'm seeing how wide spread this problem is. So here the problem the game pauses every ten or so seconds for a second or two before it continues to play. I have already got a replacement disc from Gamestop I also deleted the install and game save a couple of times to make sure. At this point I don't know what going on I don't know if it's the game or my PS3, as a side note I have Dead Space and it works perfectly.2beers_in_hand

I don't think it's your ps3 -- I got Far cry 2 last night and had the same problem -- freezing during the clips and in gameplay. I went back to gamestop and the guy there said one of his friends had the same problem but he didn't have anymore copies of the game so what I did was unistall and delete everything having to do with the game and then reinstalled it and now its playing fine. Apparently (he thinks) it has something to do with the 2.50 update.

Who actually got Far cry 2, Saints Row 2, Fable 2, and Dead Space all within a week span? I did, hopefully im not the only one cause im having a blast right now just wish i had no school or work.tyvivanco

i just ordered this game, but now i'm reading about people experiencing glitches. i'm talking about players with no heads, players don't inbound the ball it just stays in play, freezing. to anyone that has the game, have you experienced any of this? if it's that big of a problem i'll probably send my copy back and just keep playing c hoops 2k8.im_mr_brown

I've been playing the game for a couple of days now and haven't had any problems at all. It's been running very smooth and of course the graphics look really good -- I haven't tried out online tho.

some people know how to double disconnect which is very annoying. but my connection runs fine, and im like 25-4 i think. PSN: rsoxguy12 hit me up rsoxguy12

So I'd say im pretty good at Madden 09 -- my skill level in all areas is in the highes difficulty setting I even have a few things set to the max (in difficulty) -- so I decided to start playing online and really put my skills to the test (you know cause playing real people is different from playing the AI). I must say how disappointed i am. I'm lucky if I can get through a game before being kicked off the servers. in fact I only have one win for the one time i never got kicked off and two losses for the two times i was kicked off -- now i have a crappy record.

it's not my internet connection -- i got 10meg through cable so i don't know whats the deal.

since when did 7.5 mean mediocre? The score it got means its good. I'm syill getting it because based on the demo, its something that I enjoyed and know i will like. and that's pretty much how it goes. you try out something and either you like it or you dont
