I'm off work today due to adverse weather, it seems in the UK and the southeast in particular we cannot deal with 3-4 inches of snow overnight!

How lame is this? I've managed to get about in Colorado after 2 feet of snowfall overnight! But us, we close roads, cancel trains, stop buses, close schools etc etc its absolute madness. Let the **** who can't drive on a little bit of ice sit indoors and panic buy all the canned goods, I need to get to work!!!! I know I shouldn't moan, but I have deadlines to keep!!!!!
