You can't really compare the two. They are both great games and two different genres. If you have lots of friends that come and hang out and love fighting games get Tekken 6. I know I will. I have buddies at least 3 that come over and we love to play all the fighting games we have. Were all every competitive and just like to have a good time. But if you like shooters more and love playing online, like for example if you loved Gears of War multiplayer then get Uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 also has a 3 player coop mode that you can team up with others online to play. As for me, I'm getting both and since Uncharted 2 comes out first I'll be playing that until my Tekken buddies are brave enough to take down the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama!
