What is Numen Legionis? No we aren't named after the guy from Seinfeld. Before the Romans adopted the religion of the Greeks, they believed that there was a divine power or presence in places and objects. They called this presence Numina. Numen is the singular form of Numina. Roughly translated, Numen Legionis means Spirit Legion.

Numen Legionis is an Order guild in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. It is loosely based off of the Roman design of government. We have a senate that works hand in hand with the Dux, guild leader, to establish and implement guild rules and regulations. Much like the Roman Legions, we are ever evolving so that we too can become a force to be reckoned with. We pride ourselves in our adaptability and openness, as well as our respect for the members within our guild. We believe that taking a structured approach in our guild development has helped ensure that we will be successful both on the battlefield and in the hearts of our members. Our goal is to be a well respected guild that makes a significant impact on the world. However, we will not sacrifice fun, friendship and our real lives for the number one spot in the game. We know that some of our guild members work full-time, go to school, raise families, or a combination of these things. We do not want them to feel excluded or ostracized from the guild because of their real life situations. We do the best we can to maintain a game/life balance that works best for the guild and everyone involved. Strength and honor are our guides, friendship forges our path, and pride establishes our goals. Long live the Legion.

White Knight looks amazing. Level 5 has a great track record. All of their games, that I have played, are quite exceptional. There will be more RPG's coming to the PS3 soonish. They have slowed down on producing them for the PS2. Sony will start releasing more on the PS3 to compensate. Folklore and Oblivion will have to tide us over for a while, unless you have backwards compatability and can play the RPG's from PS2. If you've not tried it, try Tales of the Abyss. It's a great game that didn't get much recognition.

I agree with the FFVII and FFX. But I think that Tales of the Abyss had a great ending.
After finding out he's a clone, Luke spends the rest of the game trying to find his meaning in life. The scene when he finally decides what to do with his life and feel like he isn't just a clone, but a person is great. All throughout, there are hints of him falling in love with Tear and she for him, but he's too ashamed of being a clone to do anything about it. At the end when he chooses to sacrifice himself to save the world, he promises Tear that he will be back to see her again. At the very end of the game, Tear is sitting on a rock singing her song and crying. A relatively long time had passed, but no Luke. Everyone has basically given up on Luke returning. And then from the darkness Luke walks up. Tear runs and hugs him and begins to cry. It's very emotional and it's not a sad ending, for once.
I borrowed Heavenly Sword from Gamestop (I work there part-time) and have been playing it. I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but I think it's better than God of War. It should become a franchise like God of War has become. Great game. And I did try out Lair as well. It's not a bad game at all, just takes some time to get used to the controls. I think people wanted the dragon to be able to move like a jet, but it moves more like a tank.

What about Assassin's Creed and Conan? I know they're not exclusives, but they look great. Folklore looks to be a good RPG, Haze looks pretty amazing, The Outsider sounds interesting, Alone in the Dark should be good (I hope), and Resident Evil 5 should be great like RE4. Some of these are (at the moment) multi-platform games, but could go the way of Haze, or could be timed exclusives. Who knows? I think that either way the games are great and will only add to the PS3 library in a good way.

P.S.

I don't understand how Heavenly Sword received a score of 8.0 on this site (only flaw they said the game had was the length) yet Halo 3 got a 9.5 (which also is short). How can a game that is just like its predecessors get such a high score while a game that is only similar to God of War (in the controls, but what FPS game isn't like any other FPS). Heavenly sword is about 7.5 hours long, Halo 3 is about 10 hours long. Is 2.5 hours more worth 1.5 points more on a score? Not in my opinion. It seems that anything that gets released on XBOX360 gets a higher score because it's an American system and the reviewers are in America. Just my two cents.
