I get an error constantly when I try to connect.What should my upstream bandwith be?

If so then the man in thewhite coat could represent a helper. Im just thinking this due to the fact that the only people that I can think of that would wear white coats are DR's and that sort of thing....those kinda peopleare there to help others.
