Crysis 2

Crysis was the first FPS I really just sat down and played. It truly sucked me in. I liked it so much, I got Crysis Warhead the day it came out. While the tactics are dierent from Crysis and Warhead from stealth to punch'em in the face tactics, Crysis 2 seems even more so. From what I know of what the developer said, there also will be some staelth options when doing combat, but we will see.

I beleive this will have some epic moments. And am getting it on the 22nd.

I am a BIG crysis fan, however I do love other FPSs. CoD, Bioshock, and others, but Crysis is just my Holy Grail of FPSs. For my brother it's seems CoD is his. For one of my friend's, it's the Halo sereries. My point of this is we all like different games, for different reasons. For me it is Crysis, as I stated before, because it was the first FPS I played from the start to finish. It was not the first FPS I ever played. I can't truly tell. I don't remember.

A new PC

Well, Instead of an Xbox 360, I got parts to build my very own desktop pc. It's going to very powerful. 1T hard drive, 3.4 ghz quad core CPU, 28" inch monitor.

Got a whole lot of games to go along with it. So I'll be busy this year. I even got two free game downloads or purchasing certain items.

Maybe I'll write some reviews. We'll see.

Xbox 360

After a time of two semesters in college, I have finally decided the Xbox 360 is in my price range. This fall I'll (hopefully) get one with Prototype and Crysis 2. And a good two player game like the GoW, Army of Two, Modern Warfare, or something like that.

My goodbye

We're finally selling the printshop, the transactoin will be today, so I probably won't be able to come very often becuase we have dial-up at the house. So this is goodbye to going to gamespot everyday, and to browsing the games and walkthroughs and the faqs.

My brother is still planning on getting the PS2 but I think he is waiting to be discharged ( Honorably ) . We have Pawnshop right in town and the owner is really nice and he has about 200+ titles on the PS2 ( $10.00-15.00 New or Old ) alone and about that many for XBox. And he gives me a pretty decent discount when I get something from him. That's where I go for my DVDs, $5.00 a DVD. ( New or Old:D )

Well, when Bro comes home we'll have plenty to do, with the Nintendo DSs, GameCube, PS2, and DVDs. Hopefully he'll be home real soon. We always hung out together so it took sometime to get use to being by myself. We shared almost everything, we always shared rooms and toys and books, ect... So it will be nice to have him back home.

I s'pose I should wrap this up, so see you whenever!

Goodbye Gamespot, I'll miss you!!

Okay, that was a bit much! :P

Nintendo ds

My Bro got me a red and black Nintendo DS8) and 3 games: Prince Caspian, Eragon:D ( I also have the book and movie ) , and George of the Jungle.

and he is thinking of getting a PS2 for me and him and some games.

Playstation2

Okay, I am thinking about getting a PS2. I am thinking about it getting it becuase: 1) Ironman game that is jst about to come out. 2) Games are still coming out for it. 3) It has a large selection of games in the genres I like. 4) I can play PS1 games on it. 5) I can play DVD on it.

A question, does it matter what year it was made to play the newer games? And if it does, how do I tell when it was made if it is in a pawn shop?

COSTELLO CALLS TO BUY A COMPUTER FROM ABBOTT:

ABBOTT: Super Duper Computer Store. Can I help you?

COSTELLO: Thanks. I'm setting up an office in my den, and I'm thinking about buying a computer.

ABBOTT: Mac?

COSTELLO: No, the name's Lou.

ABBOTT: Your computer?

COSTELLO: I don't own a computer. I want to buy one.

ABBOTT: Mac?

COSTELLO: I told you, my name's Lou.

ABBOTT: What about Windows?

COSTELLO: Why? Will it get stuffy in here?

ABBOTT: Do you want a computer with Windows?

COSTELLO: I don't know. What will I see when I look at the windows?

ABBOTT: Wallpaper.

COSTELLO: Never mind the windows. I need a computer and software.

ABBOTT: Software for Windows?

COSTELLO: No. On the computer! I need something I can use to write proposals, track expenses and run my business. What do you have?

ABBOTT: Office.

COSTELLO: Yeah, for my office. Can you recommend anything?

ABBOTT: I just did.

COSTELLO: You just did what?

ABBOTT: Recommend something.

COSTELLO: You recommended something?

ABBOTT: Yes.

COSTELLO: For my office?

ABBOTT: Yes.

COSTELLO: OK, what did you recommend for my office?

ABBOTT: Office.

COSTELLO: Yes, for my office!

ABBOTT: I recommend Office with Windows.

COSTELLO: I already have an office with windows! OK, let's just say I'm sitting at my computer and I want to type a proposal. What do I need?

ABBOTT: Word.

COSTELLO: What word?

ABBOTT: Word in Office.

COSTELLO: The only word in office is office.

ABBOTT: The Word in Office for Windows.

COSTELLO: Which word in office for windows?

ABBOTT: The Word you get when you click the blue "W".

COSTELLO: I'm going to click your blue "w" if you don't start with some straight answers. OK, forget that. Can I watch movies on the Internet?

ABBOTT: Yes, you want Real One.

COSTELLO: Maybe a real one, maybe a cartoon. What I watch is none of your business. Just tell me what I need!

ABBOTT: Real One.

COSTELLO: If it's a long movie, I also want to watch reels 2, 3 and 4. Can I watch them?

ABBOTT: Of course.

COSTELLO: Great! With what?

ABBOTT: Real One.

COSTELLO: OK, I'm at my computer and I want to watch a movie. What do I do?

ABBOTT: You click the blue "1".

COSTELLO: I click the blue one what?

ABBOTT: The blue "1".

COSTELLO: Is that different from the blue w?

ABBOTT: The blue "1" is Real One and the blue "W" is Word.

COSTELLO: What word?

ABBOTT: The Word in Office for Windows.

COSTELLO: But there are three words in "office for windows"!

ABBOTT: No, just one. But it's the most popular Word in the world.

COSTELLO: It is?

ABBOTT: Yes, but to be fair, there aren't many other Words left. It pretty much wiped out all the other Words out there.

COSTELLO: And that word is real one?

ABBOTT: Real One has nothing to do with Word. Real One isn't even part of Office.

COSTELLO: STOP! Don't start that again. What about financial bookkeeping? You have anything I can track my money with?

ABBOTT: Money.

COSTELLO: That's right. What do you have?

ABBOTT: Money.

COSTELLO: I need money to track my money?

ABBOTT: It comes bundled with your computer.

COSTELLO: What's bundled with my computer?

ABBOTT: Money.

COSTELLO: Money comes with my computer?

ABBOTT: Yes. No extra charge.

COSTELLO: I get a bundle of money with my computer? How much?

ABBOTT: One copy.

COSTELLO: Isn't it illegal to copy money?

ABBOTT: Microsoft gave us a license to copy Money.

COSTELLO: They can give you a license to copy money?

ABBOTT: Why not? THEY OWN IT!

(A FEW DAYS LATER)

ABBOTT: Super Duper Computer Store. Can I help you?

COSTELLO: How do I turn my computer off?

ABBOTT: Click on "START".....

Gamecube: Good choice or a Mistake?

I picked up a gamecube today. With it I got two memory cards, two games ( Star Fox Adventures and Resident Evil Zero ). He had some other games that looked like I would like them. He said if the console didn't work I could come back and get a different one. I hope I made a good choice. He had X2: Wolverines Revenge, X-men Legends 2, and Sonic collection.

I am used to computer games, so I hope I learn fast so I can enjoy the game longer.

Betas

I was accepted for the Mythos beta 8) I do not likee MMOs but this one is totally awesome. I play by myself though.
