lol I know- I was checking the site and ran across the title in PC "what's old is new again" and I just knew that was in reference to Black Mesa, since it upgrades something we all know and love. I was wrong of course -it's ...'this' article with -well, not much for me, but- I just looked and I don't see anything here (site) talking about Black Mesa's release yesterday or video or images, glad there's places that keep up better with "what's old and new again" lol.

It's like you always said- you can't be truly informed if you're only getting you're information from one place. I spend less and less time here....

I agree with you gadget68. I only play single player games (as do most my friends) and for me- social and gaming don't go together. The more they add social in the mix the more I look to older games for my fix. I've been gaming since before mp came along and I hate seeing single player titles take steps back because mp was added and the single player suffered because of it. If they were to ever still give a full satisfying single player experience and then have mp many wouldn't gripe, but they don't do that hardly ever these days.

what's the ps2 port connection you refer to? you lost me, I don't use playstations so perhaps that's why.

I and the majority of my friends only do single player- old school. Any company making that hard or impossible can count me and my money out- and all the people like me/us... reguardless of what percentage of customers we are, why shun any cu$tomer$ when you don't have to?

P.S. I don't use origin either. None of my friends buy origin-dependant games. Steam/gog.com get our digital purchases, though I prefer physical.

SniperEliteV2 (PC) next on my list, after I finish Binary Domain (PC). Seems gamers are saying the PC version SEv2 is getting a much better player rating than the other versions. I LOVE sniping in games- no guns in your game?- the bow is the snipers weapon of choice ex. Skyrim.
