My girlfriend got me a DS for Christmas, she's great, and I have got 5 games right now. I haven't beaten a single one yet either. I Just played Professor Layton lastnight and am really far in Chrono Trigger and pretty far in GTA: CW as well. I also have New SMB that my girlfriend got me that I have almost beat and Advance Wars: DoR. All of which I still need to beat. Rythm Heaven, Kingdom Hearts 358/2, and any one of the DQ games looks interesting to me.

When I get really frustrated with a game I will usually just swear and say how stupid the game is. Usually I try to beat whatever part I'm on that is so frustrating though otherwise I may not come back to the game for quite awhile or ever because I remember that part that i couldn't beat. Sometimes I will just stop playing though. It's just not worth it to get that mad at a game.
For used games I almost always buy them on Amazon or Ebay, more Amazon now. The only time I buy used games at Gamestop is if they are older games that are really cheap, like under 15 bucks. New games it kinda depends. If I want them right when they come out I buy them at any retail/electronic store. If they are pretty new but i haven't got them yet I will usually go online first.
GTA IV will take you a lot of time to just play through plus the enormous amount of extra stuff you can do. Add The Lost and Damned expansion to that and that game will take you as long as you want pretty much. If you are planning on getting Fallout 3 I would reccomend waiting till October because the GOTY edition of Fallout 3 comes out which includes the 3 expansions that are already out plus the 2 more that are coming out soon. Any other RPG would take awhile to. Fable 2 is an amazing game and is currently all I have been playing lately.
I don't know if I will preorder it unless you get something cool for preordering it. A poster, especially this far in advance of the game's release isn't even worth it. The game will be good I'm sure but I like CoD WaW more than CoD4 anyways. I also heard that they are going to add vehicles to the online in MW2, take out some guns (including the P90), and add some guns to of course.
[QUOTE="woody411"]notice how your are the only on this board to say such a thing....imo waw has a better multiplayer than cod4.i dont understand why people bash treyarch so much.i think they deserve more credit.

Not the only one. I to completley agree that CoD WaW is better than CoD4. I don't understand why so many people are obsessed with CoD4. What exactly is so great about it and what makes it better than all other games including CoD WaW cause I haven't seen anything that makes it better.
I could not get into Assassins Creed, I really like how you can climb up and around everything and those leaps of faith were sweet. The game just got boring with all the talking and the long trips between towns. Oblivion also, the game world is just so huge and I had no idea where to go or what to do. I wouldnt have even got past the first mission if it wasn't for my friend (who has played Oblivion for more time than I even want to know of) telling me where to go or what I need to do next.
I have also seen my friend playing Bioshock and Mass Effect and Fallout 3 and all 3 of those games don't seem like they would interest me so I haven't played them. My system broke and had to be sent in after Mass Effect was being played in it so that contributes to my dislike of Mass Effect also haha.
GTA 5
Halo 4, the Peter Jackson Halo project, Halo Wars 2 (I don't know if there is even a chance of that)
Fable 3
Far Cry 3
Another Banjo Kazooie
The next Rainbow Six
Those are the main ones I can think of, hopefully they all do come out, and even before 2 or 3 years time.
I got Lost Planet for $13 at Gamestop a month or two ago. And, Perfect Dark Zero for $8 about a month ago at Gamestop as well.
1. Halo 3
2. GTA IV
3. Fable 2
4. Halo Wars
5. CoD: WaW
Far Cry 2 and R6V2 are both close to that list to but I could only pick 5.
