Why there's no comentarist on this game?

I don't understand how there is a WWE game with no comments in the middle of the fight, I have SVR 2010 for ps2 and there's people talking during the fight then why psp SVR 2011 doesn't it only has music,playing again and again and again, can someone tell me how to put the comments?

THQ is lazy to make psp better ?

Can i play the versus mode (deathmatch) in offline mode in METAL GEAR SOLID Peace Walker!? psp game. i want to play the match against computer because friends dont have psp. I cant see any option there
