I don't blog often so let me take this late opportunity to say Metal Gear Solid 4 is the greatest game that has ever been created and Hideo Kojima-san should somehow be preserved forever. Next I want to say, that the Dark Knight is one of the sickest movies ever. Man its been a sweet summer for entertainment so far, not to mention how awesome GTAIV was. But man soon comes school, and after this E3 there is just so many amazing games to play. There will never be enough time, im not even done with some of the games I wanted to play from 2007. As a matter of fact, I am right now playing Okami for PS2. Well i will just have to continue to build the library and get to them when I have the chance. I just got Rock Band so thats another piece of sweetness. Looking forward to Home and Little Big Planet, Bioshock (PS3), Resistance 2, Motorstorm 2, Killzone 2, GOD OF WAR III (capitalized for emphasis), Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty...and the list just goes on. Its a bad time to be in college and work full time. I want more game time. With that being said let me get back to Okami. Thank You Again Hideo Kojima San

So i think its about time to blog a little. Its been a while and really im sick of seeing the topic of my last post which is so old Resistance Fall of Man was a new game. Anyway, im super busy with college but that hasn't stopped me from enjoying my gaming. Right now im playing some of my older games that i didnt get to finish like Oblivion (PS3) and Locoroco (PSP). Also im getting through my last Rachet game on PS2 and will then finally get the PS3 one that came out last year. I bought Patapon which is freakin sweet but i want to finish Locoroco before i continue in Patapon. Pixel Junk Monsters is another game im playing and thats super hard but fun and worth the $10 entry point. Did i mention that Patapon is only $20 brand new. Really looking forward to GTAIV, MGS4, and all the tons of other great games coming to PS3 this year. PS3 is looking super strong this year and i think it will get much deserved credit instead of the usual hate.

In other news, today was my little brother's birthday and he got a 360. Not that im against my little brothers playing 360 but he isnt much of a gamer and he has like a 10 inch tv to play it on. He likes his sports games though so he'll be happy. With the gift of the 360 my house is now a complete game hub with a PS3, 2 Wii's, 2 Nintendo DS's (when my lil brothers know where they out them), a PSP, the 360, and a Gaming rigged PC (which im typing on right now). If anyone would like to donate $800 so that i can update my PC please do so. Just PM me.

As you can see from my below blog, i came across a Wii practically for free. And i played through the game Wario Ware. A game that recieved a 9.1. A game in which i played probably for 7 hours and will most likely never touch again. Since November 17th, i have been playing Resistance Fall of Man, a game which recieved an 8.6. I just dont understand it. A 9.0 rating should be something difficult to achieve, especially from GS. But a mini game collection gets a 9.1. Casual gaming...a 9 POINT FRIGGIN 1. Now i understand the two games im talking about do not have anything in common but man what are all these Wii customers buying? There's Zelda which will always be great. And what else??? Super Paper Mario... Wii Sports def gets alot of play when people come over. I understand why PS3 is worth $600 and Wii cost $250. Why am i awake at 5 AM in the morning, cause i was fraggin people online in resistance. The Wii still cant game online. Sony you will reap the benefits of your hard work for developing an amazing console. Nintendo, thanks for providing casual gameplay for me to play with my girlfriend. The wii will be a nice stepping stone for her. Once she gets used to playing video games a little more she'll step up to playing PS3. Actually with games like Mortal Kombat 2, flOw, blast factor, Go Puzzle, and soon Super Stardust HD she already plays PS3. Ok ill stop this crazy rant, my mind went all over the place.

My PS3 has a little sidekick now. Its my little sister's Wii. She was awarded a Wii for bringing home a good report card. My dad bought it for her despite my stepmom not supporting the idea. She got an extra controller with nunchuck, the console, and the wario wares game. Now my stepmom didnt agree with the idea cause she knew it would cause fights with my 7 and 9 year old brothers (my sis is 12) and she was right. My sister and the 9 year old were fighting over who knows what (non Wii related) and lets say my little brother won. He grabbed a pair of scissors and cut the video and power cables. My little sister cried. My stepmom told them none of them could have it and she wasnt going to buy new cables, i bought new cables and got a new Wii. All i had to do was buy a composite cable and the power cable for a grand total of $70 and now i have a Wii. Never thought I would get one. Its actually fun to play with my girlfriend and stuff but it definitely doesnt satisfy the hard core gamer in me which spends 7 hours at a time on oblivion. But perhaps when I get games like Super Paper Mario, Zelda, and Metroid and such. One thing that i learned is how great the PS3's Cross Media Bar is for settings and general access. One thing that pissed me off about Nintendo is that i paid $37 for Component cables. Thats ridiculous. Sony only charges $25 for theirs. Oh well minor complaint considering I only paid for the two cables to get a Wii

Holy crap I jus beat God of War II and ill say the PS2 went out with a bash. Freakin game is amazing. I wont put in any spoilers for the amazing story but I just cant freakin wait for God of War III. Kratos is the sickest, most bad ass character of ALL time. No one in gaming can handle Kratos. David Jaffe is a new hero of mine, right up there with Hideo Kojima and his MGS series. Wow look at that. Xbox fanboys would never be able to say words like these. All they got is the same shooter after shooter. Look at the Playstation brand. Amazing. I expect that somewhere in the middle of PS3's life cycle that Ted Price will join this list. Perhaps with Resistance 2: Rise of Man, maybe sooner with Ratchet and Clank PS3. (note i never played the ratchet and clank games on PS2)

Its good to be a Miamian. I have gone to the World Series courtesy of the Marlins over the Yanks in 03.Then the NBA Finals thanks to my Miami Heat. Today the Super Bowl. Ill try and post some pics tonight or tomorrow. Now i need a World Cup and a Dolphins Super Bowl.

I just subscribed to Gamefly and wow. I can say its a damn good service. Its perfect for these cold days of PS3 releases and a perfect way to play through the not worth $60 a pop launch line up. Im actually having fun with Full Auto 2 and Untold Legends because i didnt pay full price. But really those games deserved at least scores at around 7.4, GS was pretty critical of PS3 launch titles...considering Kameo scored better that Resistance. Anyway Gamefly rules. Without it i wouldnt be playing alot of titles im going to have a chance playing. Hooray for Gamefly

and it made me want...PS3 so bad. Excite Bike did nothing more than make me want to get my hands on Motorstorm (which when i get home i find out people are already doing) Not cool cause all the nearest gamestop, best buy, and target didnt have any kiosks. I have a pretty good feeling that tomorrow will be the day. Anyway, I had a similar experience a year ago when i played the 360. Insteead of making me want a 360 it made me want a PS3. Man that was a year ago. Feels like 3 years ago. I just happy we are in November of 2006 already. See below blog if you want to know when ill be getting my PS3. ...picking up my PS3 at Toys freakin R Us. Im am very very relieved to know that for sure im getting a PS3. (See below blog post for all the stuff im going to be buying for launch) It was a tough 17 hours (stupid daylights time crap added one hour). In a bonus affair, i walked out of the store with 2 Tickle Me Elmos that will grace Ebay shortly before Christmas. I paid $40 for each and they are already selling for about $110. I really dont understand parents, the 2 year old wont EVER know the freakin difference between this years giggler and last years. Any way, if anyone has more info on whether or not more of these things will be released and when please hit me up. Thanks for reading. Enjoy
