look for weapons in following landmarks: barns, tents, military camps, hangars, firestations and churches. Barns contain thing like shotguns, winchester rifle and sometime a scoped hunting rifle. Automatic weapon can be found in military areas (camps and airfields) and firestations but i would avoid most of them, there are many bandits like me that hunt around these areas. You can find some weapons in other buildings like houses, shacks and other common buildings but chance is much smaller. Not to metion the quality of the loot, you will be lucky if you find a makarov with 2 mags.
Ok so let me see, frost ray + arcane torrent is a strange idea because both spells eat lots of arcane power. I would go with electrocute with power generation rune + prodigy passive. Next i would change storm armor to energy armor with rune that gives 20 AP. As secondary skill and main damage dealer, go with ray of frost with snow blast rune. 2h is good idea because it eats AP slower than wands. With 140 AP total you don't need to lower the cost of ray of frost and take damage instead. Also coldblooded passive may be really handy for ray of frost (pure 20% extra dmg vs chilled enemies instead of glass cannon that gives you 15% extra to all, but at cost of defense)
Idea is this...you will use powerful slowing spell (with knock-back from magic weapon spell) until AP runs out, cast few electrocute spells to regain AP really fast, while energy armor and diamond skin protect you. Always remember to chose good position to fight. Its not most optimal combination for Inferno but it should fit your style.
No changes in diamond skin, its personal preference.

How is Diablo 3?
Game is amazing, smooth combat, cool skills, tons of loot and it will have more replayability than Diablo 2 (looks like it). The main problem that i have with this game is that it could be better. I hope that Jay Wilson gets fired soon, this guy is brainless...does a person need 4 years to realize that attributes like "attack" or "precision" will force every class to go for same items? They tried to do something new but they couldn't see that fans just want another Diablo game, that's why they overhauled core game mechanics in last 6 months.
Long story short... Diablo 3 is great, but when you play it, you wonder what took them so long. If "great" isn't enough for you, just wait another 2 years for expansion. Ignore the haters and check the demo, it should be available in near future.
Btw, someone said its short...i have 5 hours of gameplay...and I'm still in act 1, so no...its not short (not to mention higher difficulty modes).Â
Good for you OP, finally someone who stays true. I'm tired of all those scrubs that complain about some game and then buy it anyway, like Mass Effect 3, CoD series etc. Many hate these games yet somehow they set new records, everyone complains about overpriced/day one DLCs yet they still sell. Todayeveryone complains about greedy publishers, but you (gamers) support them in their greedy ways, you created these abominations.
For me... its the only new release that I'm buying this year, even though I dislike forced online, I want play online anyway because I want to play coop with friends, so its not an issue for me. For someone who likes to play solo, there is still hope for you. Some guy will crack this game and allow offline, dint worry about this. Ill be using cracked version for offline play and treat it like single player in D2 (testing builds with hero editor etc., having fun with when servers are down).

Anyway, my favorite combo in GoW 2 is Tartarus' Rage. Is this combo stronger than Spirit?
I know that Spirit is more powerful but is much slower that Tartarus' Rage. Which tactic is stronger? Roll back, combo without hitting anything and then hit with Spirit or use Tartarus' Rage repeatedly?
