The AI really is fantastic. They flank you at every opportunity, and learn from your actions. It's awesome.
You say the graphics for the Playstation 3 are better, in every review for a Multiplatform release on the Playstation 3, it makes a mention of the graphics being slighty worse than the Xbox version (with the sole exception of Oblivion).
