Itachi Uchiha

Ok, so people are saying things like, WTF, what are you thinking putting him at #3. Well, he is very awesome, but, there are still ninja that are cooler and more powerful than Itachi. His abilities are extreme, with having mangekyou sharingan, genjutsu skills, and amazing speed. So he does get a 10/10 for this. His appearance is not very unique, he has the same outfit that all akatsuk,i ninja have, so he doesn't get very many points for that, maybe a 6/10. Finally, he does have quite a fan following, with most fans having him as there favorite bad guy. So he definitely gets a 9/10 for that.
