Although the blending of the effect could be better and the lighting, the leg needs to have a purple light, you can use a brush and set to dodge or whatever blending mode looks best in GIMP.

The pentooling isn't doing much. Text should go.

You have too much negative empty space on the sides, crop them out or fill it in.

You've got a nice effect going on but it would have been even better if the effect had continued a bit more. Still good choice of lighting. However the shirt seems a tad blurish don't know wether or not it's the render or me.blackwingzero
