With the announcement of the PSP Go with it's new design and download-only games, I am going to have to contradict my October 8th blog and say that I will indeed be jumping back on the PSP wagon for the fourth time(I'm horrible I know). This time there are new possibilities with my discovery of the Playstation Store and many new releases that actually appeal to me, such as Fireteam Bravo 3, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and GrandTurismo, just to name a few. This time I'm going to try not to get bored with it, and if I do I'll have my Xbox 360 to keep me occupied in the area of gaming. Well, thats all for now, I should probably go study.

Dissapointed With Rainbow Six: Vegas.
by Panzeram on Comments
Last week I bought R6: Vegas for around 16 dollars at EB, even though I'm late in getting around to this game there is something that really bothers me about it. That is the spawning enemies in Terrorist Hunt mode, I'll be walking through an area which is completely empty, not a soul around, I'll open a door to check elsewhere and all of a sudden the previously empty room is full of enemies. Or in the Secret Lab mission I'll use a fast rope to get to the floor below, when I reach the bottom enemies just appear in the places I just checked. This really annoys me because it completely ruins the tactical feel, I would have loved to be able to silently snipe those guys when I was in right position, but instead I am now exposed to gunfire and being flanked by the newly spawned enemies. I am very disappointed by this because I remember back in the day when Rainbow Six actually relied on skill and tactical planning, but now I find myself being spawn-killed by enemies that I should have been able to kill prior to entering a new location. I don't know how anyone else feels about this, but I'm not too happy with it.
I've jumped off the PSP wagon...for the last time.

Like the title says, I have traded my PSP and stack of games and accessories in at EB Games. I managed to get 149.00 dollars for it all, and with that I preordered Red Alert 3 for PC, got Mercenaries 2 for 360, and then got a wireless adapter for my 360 with an extra 100.00 dollars. So anyway, I may review Mercenaries 2 in the future, but for now I am just letting everyone know, Panzeram plays PSP no more. It had a good run though!

For the price this is amazing; there is a two year warranty, a case, and a mouse included, all standard from Asus. This laptop is also great for gaming, I am able to max out Command & Conquer 3 with full AA. As for the big one; Crysis, I get medium/high settings at good resolutions. Needless to say, I will post another blog to go further into this laptop and it's game performance. All in all, it is the best thing I have ever spent money on. Stay tuned for my Crysis review!
