Yes, it is definetly the best racer on the cube. It is very hard though so prepare yourself for a challenge! :)
No way man, Mario could deflect their bullets with his cape and have you see his awesome attack after he gets that powerup in the trailer. (im just kidding, I know he'd get owned by those two) :P
I dont know, this is a tough one. They are both awesome games. Im giving a slight nod to AW:DS but buy both eventually!
