I sense this kind of topic has been posted before or shunned?

Nonetheless, I'm asking for some advice here..

I only have one DS, the original (Blue) DS.. also known as the fat DS :P

I desperately wanted to 3DS when I found out Animal Crossing would makea comeback on the 3DS, but the lauch games are just horrible and the only game I can say I would buy would be Nintendogs & cats because it's an original and always fun to play game..

But, and I probably am being stupid, I didn't buy the 3DS at launch day so I feel if I buy it almost a week later.. I won't be able to reach the mainstream of players and discussions =/

Gimme some pros and cons while you're at it :) But I'll probably get it D:
