The reason it's taking so long is Rockstar is having a hard time compressing all the nessarry textures and data to fit on the DVD-9 of the XBox360. Since they are compressing all that data, the graphics will take a major downgrade.

For the PS3 version, all the textures and graphics will be as big as they were, so they will be sharper and cleaner than the xBox360 version.

We all know that compressed data lose quality, hence the PS3 will have the high quality version.

A developer from Rockstar said that they delayed the game to try to compress the huge amount of data unto the last gen DVD-9 Xbox360.

That's why the PS3 will have higher frames and sharper textures because all the PS3 version wont be compressed to low quality like the xbox360 version.

how is the 360 a stripped down pc wanna be, when the ps3 has the mods of a pc and a kb/m feature when the 360 clearly doesnt.

Because every 360 game can be played on the PC with better graphics and better controls, hence the mouse keyboard, and the PS3 has the awesome games that PC doesn't have.

I wish I got a PS3 instead too, cuz the Xbox360 breaks down too much.
