No not the delicious food, the band. I've been dabling in my dad's stash of music and I ADORE their music. My personal faves are I want my money back, Paradise by the Dashboard, Total Eclipse of the Heart. Anyone else like them? (PS:Im blogging cause i already spent my 10 topics a day :()

Pirates of the Caribbean 2

I saw this movie recently (Not to really ecstatic about blogs) and the following "blog" post might contain some spoilers that will ruin your fun. Okay lets get started shall we? Walking into this movie your expecting something better than the first with it's focus mainly on Jack (Being the selling character and all) and alot of high hopes. The starting scene I thought was very well done (Some great humour for all ages thrown in there), but then after about 30-60 minutes through you just can't help but say "Wtf is going on?" It's like a bad Jerry Springer episode, you don't know who's who's baby and who's mother is who's real sister but really a man who likes to dress in his dead grandmothers clothes. There's more plot lines thrown at you than than what Rosanne weighs in twinkies, yet almost none of them go un-solved, and theres also to many changes with the characters, did they all decide to get penta-split personalities turning on each other back and forth? THEN theirs the ending...oh boy what a GREAT ending, it's just another unsolved plot which is like a giant slap to the face from a iron glove wearing gorilla. All together great for some of the comedy (and for Johnny Depp's great acting skills) but bad for the story, hopefully the third installment shows some high hopes with the likes of Keith Richards in it.

E3- Hawt

As most of us know, E3 came by already and I forgot to say anything about it :P. I was impressed by the quality of the FAKE PS3 videos (I have a ps2 fyi), but was blown away by splinter cell and Gears of War, hopefully they play as good as they look. Also some nice innovation with the Wii and especially with the revolutionary Spore.

Silent Hill Movie

Many attempts have been made to create the perfect transition from gaming to cinema, many of which have failed. Soon to be coming to a theatre near you is the new Silent Hill movie. I'm not overly sure which movie of the series this is based on, but I could care less as long as they're able to make a seamless transition that many can enjoy instead of just laying on the veneer of it just being a video-game movie. Doom the movie was....well...meh (In best terms to describe.) and House of the Dead wasn't a package of joy either, although Resident Evil was pretty good but having almost no relation to the game except Umbrella, a few characters, and zombies.

Hoping for a great movie, Phanth0m

Death of the gaming industry is nigh?

Some people even "professionals" have been stating that the death of the gaming industry is coming up on us fast and hard. Some people state that games aren't intuitive as they use to be, even with the new gen stuff it's no different but prettier. I on the other hand see lots of years left of gaming goodness, with games like Katamari Damachi, Shadow of the Colossus, Halo, Half-Life 2, Battlefield 2, World of Warcraft, The Sims 2, and soon up-coming Spore. I see the industry going nowhere in a hurry.
