I think you're being a bit harsh on cod4.Since i'm playing it for some time now i can tell you that "just having the opponent" in your sights wont do.Plenty of things can be a factor to miss or kill him.If you only consider the"kicking" of the guns it can get pretty hard,let's say,to get a headshot. (let's say,trying a headshot from 300 meters with an AK AND equiped with the red dot to make it easier...)

There are more things but i'll keep this reply short.

I haven't played CSS,i've only seen it in videos etc.Maybe i should try it and make the comparisson.

I didn't vote for the simple reason that it's not that i dont' like WW2 games,it's just that COD reached a pretty high level with Modern Warfare and now it needs a big effort to make something at least equally good.

I doubt that COD 5 will be anywhere close to 4 but i think we'll see a good effort in 6.
