I read somewhere that it won't use Blu-ray, but it wasn't fact so don't quote me on it.

Also has there been word of Gamecube game compatibility? Once Skyward Sword is out and I beat it I'm planning on selling my Wii for a Wii U, but I would like to know the fate of my gamecube games.

Also anymore news on what they will have for Online functions? Will it be like PSN?

Can't wait for this game. I've been hoping for Sly 4 since I finished Sly 3 a few years ago and now they finally have a sequel.

I'd expect a release date for U.S./E.U./JPN and some more info on the plot. That's what I think Nintendo will do.
