PC's graphics definitely come out on top, but you have to keep in mind the price factor.. A PC with that quality graphics is going to cost you at least twice the price of a console.. But if I had to rank them from best to worst quality, it would be: PC, 360, PS3. For some odd reason they keep making the PS3's versions really light compared to the other two...
