I agree to a certain extent. Sales have shown that most PS3 exclusives do not move hardware. They get overhyped then disappear off the charts and into the used games market.
Resistance 3 I like the whole atmosphere and tone they're setting with it. Reminds me a LOT of the first Resistance which I enjoyed. Can't say I enjoyed the second as much, but that's for a different topic...
The market in terms of consoles, have all become mainly FPS crowded. Also probably doesn't help with the fact that journalists keep going on about how JRPG's need to be more like WRPG's which is bull **** In a lot of reviews I've read, on say WKC2 reviews etc. Keep saying how it needs to be more like a WRPG, rather then speaking of the game itself >_

Must be in damage control mode considering there's only two IP's worth purchasing on the Xbox 360 this year :D Microsoft's been going downhill ever since 2008.
who cares about what it looks like, it's resistence, it's so boring that i never even finished the second one.
it just sits there in my entertainment system waiting for the day when other games are so bad that it actually looks appealing to put it back in the system.

I agree, I own R1 and R2. Picked both of 'em up used for a combined $15 and I'm having a hard time understanding why people are getting excited for R3. If the resistance series was multiplat few people would give a rip about this mediocre series. Just like if Halo and Gears Of War, yes? It's funny how after Mass Effect went mutliplatform, people were claiming it to be "medicore" left, right and centre :D
Is this some sort of joke? The only Xbox 360 IP's you hear of are Halo and Gears Of War and sometimes Forza Motorsport. I'm constantly hearing about Uncharted, Warhawk/Starhawk, Killzone, Resistance, Motorstorm, LittleBigPlanet, God Of War etc
