i need help finding hunting rifle mods and hunting rifles. sniper rifle mods aswell.

I'm actually doing very good in this game , but i stumbled across a sniper on a certain mission. I was all excited and everything to use the sniper, but i can't figure out how to put it in my weapon wheel. I even upgraded it at the armory. But i did try that weapon crate to try and equip it to Shepard, but it won't let me use it. Can anybody help me.

M1 Garand. Love that gun, so beastly with the silencer, actually its just a beastly gun. Best part is when you empty the clip and it makes that awesome sound.

it's just a little harder to use but, its got great range and damage, more of a person who likes to challenge themselves gun =].. its great to be different, come on people tell me more =]
