This is definitely not the type of game my friends go for, so I'm not worried about what version they get, but an equal amount of my friends have 360 or PS3, so it's all pretty much 50/50 if one of them actually decides to get it...

I have a question I haven't been able to find an answer for, yet.

Is there any particular difference between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Red Dead Redemption, gameplay-wise? It's been driving me crazy. I read somewhere that game discs for Xbox 360 are roughly 8 gigabytes in size, while blu-ray discs can hold a whopping 20-something gigabytes of data.

This made me ask the question: "So PS3 could theoretically have a bigger game; more of that wide-open world to explore. So does that mean there is a little more meat to the PS3 version?"

Thanks!

I don't think it was a stupid move to Nintendo to discontinue the trilogy collection like that. In fact, it was probably a smart move, considering so many suckers will rush out to get it before they get too hard to find. I am one of those suckers who managed to find a used copy in the original metal box and with its instruction and art booklets.

It's actually a smart move, because the demand will suddenly increase if supply stops. Nintendo's business move here was not stupid, it just p*$$es alot of their customers off.

I had a PS2 for a long time, but never really played Kingdom Hearts until a frined talked me into it. I played and beat the first one, and I was satisfied with it. But now, I face a dilemma. I know enough of the video game production history to know that Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories is a remake of Chain of memories for the Game Boy Advance. From what I understand, that game takes place between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. I have the KH2 and Re: CoM both unopened, with a strategy guide to KH2. I would like to play the games in the order of the story, but I wonder if I have something wrong here.

So here's my question: Should I play Kingdom Hearts II and THEN Re: CoM in order to play the games in order of release date from oldest to newest, OR, should I play Re: CoM THEN KH2 in order to play the games chronologically by their story order?

Please correct me if I have the Video game history wrong.

Thanks!

There have been alot of sequels lately. Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed 2, Gears of War 2, FFXII Revenant Wings, (which I recently got my hands on), and more of the older ones I haven't played yet..

And then I realized how long it's been since I played their predecessors, so I wanted to refresh my memory on some of the stories. What better way to do that than watch a few cutscenes? I went online to various places, but I haven't found what I'm looking for. You think Youtube would have something I'm looking for, but YouTube's just too big. I always get my results out-of-order, random ones.

So I thought: "Wouldn't there be a few websites dedicated to that sort of thing? If there on Youtube, there should be an entire channel dedicated to video game cutscenes, even if it's just cutscenes for games for one console."

So, does anyone know where I can find any Online Cutscene Libraries, preferably where the cutscenes are in an ordered list, unlike random out-of order ones you find by searching Youtube? Or not in a walkthrough video series? If anyone knows any websites, let me know, please.

Thanks!

So for Christmas, my siblings and I got a Wii from our grandparents, which is very surprising considering my dad's attitude towards nintendo, and video games in general. I guess he changed his mind when he said we could keep it, but I digress.

My apologies for getting off subject, so here's the point of my post: We realize there really wasn't anything for us on the Wii. I mean, besides the Mario games, or Metroid Prime 3, there really isn't much else besides movie-based video games, and I don't even want to go there. There's some Resident Evil, but I can't play that with my younger siblings in the house. I am looking forward to getting FF Crystal Chronicles, but we're all the PlayStation types. (We do not have a PS3, though).

So here's my question: What's the forecast? About how long do all of you cool cats think until our type of games come to the Wii, that is, if they do, or is it all just going to stay mostly the way they are now?

If anyone has any recomendations for the Virtual Console, please let me know!

Thanks!

1. Who am I? Atheist answer: You are an animal, but don't worry, you're an advanced one.

2.  Where did I come from? Atheist answer: Primordial glop, but going farther back, you came from a cosmic burp about 20 billion years ago.

GabuEx

You can come to those answers even if you're not an atheist, given that those are the conclusions that science has reached.  The Catholic Church accepts evolution as reality.

Science? Why do they hide so much evidence? There are lies in lots of textbooks.

Lies in the textbooks

I can give you lots of evidence that the earth is only about 6000 years old.

The Age of the Earth Watch it all the way through ;)

There are way too many holes in evolutionary theory, and because the Catholic Church accepts it as reality does it mean it's true? I thought you would think religious people are delusional, believing in God, so for them to belive in evolution, would simply be a hodgepodge one way or another. It's okay to be a theistic evolutionist. It's not a completely compatible mix, but there IS a God, after all.

Atheism is a religion. Everyone has one and you can't escape it. If it answers the big questions: Who am I? Where did I come from? Where am I going when I die? What's my purpose in life? etc. THEN WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE WHICH BRINGS YOU TO YOUR CONCLUSIONS ON THESE QUESTIONS IS YOUR RELIGION. Atheism is DEFINITELY a religion, albeit a godless one. Whether or not it's plausible is up to you. For the Atheist's set of answers:

1. Who am I? Atheist answer: You are an animal, but don't worry, you're an advanced one.

2.  Where did I come from? Atheist answer: Primordial glop, but going farther back, you came from a cosmic burp about 20 billion years ago.

 3. Where am I going when I die? Atheist answer: You will become a worm or a plant. You have no soul, so you will disappear.

4.  What's my purpose in life? Atheist answer: You have none, so as long as you're here, might as well have fun. If it feels good, do it.

Answers I am not fond of, yet, if that's what you put there, there's your religion for you.

Atheism exercises much greater faith than theism. Where did the universe come from? How did all the matter get there? I could write so many essays on the subject. Anthony Kenny, former Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford, said "A proponent of the big bang theory, at least, if he is an Atheist, must believe that the matter of the universe came from nothing and by nothing."

It takes a much greater deal of faith to believe this, and so I could never be an Atheist.

I can't see Atheism as anything other than a religion in itself; Albeit a godless one.
The sacred writings: Origin of Species, by Darwin
The church of Atheism, the school, where kids are indoctrinated into believing their nothing more than an advanced animal, and will therefore behave like an animal.
Evolution/Atheism is a religion relying on chance and spurs racism.
Heck, it ends in an "-ism" like a bunch of other religions.
If it answers the big questions in life i.e Who am I? Why am I here? What's the purpose of my existence? Where am I going when I die?, Then that's your religion, so the question that remains is "Is it plausible?"
Atheism is indeed a religion. The only thing that makes it unique is that it's the only godless religion.
