Titanfall could very well be this Gen's Cod 4, that is the 1 great arcade shooter that everyone remembers. On the other hand that could be a terrible thing, because then they'll milk the shit out of it just like Call of Duty.

I'm very excited to play it on my PC this march.

This does not bode well for Rayman's popularity in the US.

Gamestop and Wal-Mart drops the prices from $60 to $40 in less than a month. This seems to be a result of sales being an unsurprising low, especially at how Ubisoft handled the delay and due to what it's competing against. Rayman Origins all over again from what I see.

there is still the fact that consoles have standard hardware while devs would be wasting their time by coding to the metal on certain PC hardware when there are a gazillion of different set-ups out there. DirectX already provides some low level extensions but nobody gives a fk.

At the end of the day most games on PC are nothing but console ports, so we all are essentially playing the same game even if you have 20GB of super fast ram and a $1000 card. All you get for burning all that cash is slightly higher res and frame-rate.
