Chapter II: The story of Jayson

Jayson's master said to him while looking very unpleased, "You can't just pursue a dangerous man like that." Jayson responded, "Yes master." Then master Kavar stated, "You will never become a shaolin master if you don't listen to what I say." Jayson responded, "I try master." When Jayson turned 13, he began training even harder than before. Mostly without his master. He used a large bag of sand to practice with. He punched and kicked the bag with tremendous force. As he thought about becoming a great shaolin master, Jayson kicked the bag so manically that it broke open, Spilling the sand on the floor. Out of breath Jayson left his training area in displeasure. In his mind he thought he could be a lot better than he already was. Later that night Jayson had a dream. In that dream he saw a large pulsing image of a Silver Kobbra at the very top of a mountain. It was so high, Jayson thought it touched the clouds. As he climbed to reach the top it seemed that he wasn't getting any closer. He climbed and climbed, but he could not get to the top. Suddenly the mountain began to shake. Then the large image vanished in thin air. Jayson's eyes suddenly filled with astonishment. The mountain then began to shake even more. All of a sudden the mountain came crashing down, sending Jayson into a black hole of darkness. As Jayson woke up in a horrid manner he began to think on his dream all night long. The very next morning Kavar woke Jayson wondering if he wanted some breakfast that he got from the grocery store. Not getting much sleep last night, he was very hungry. His master offered him some beef and scrambled eggs. Needing some vitamin-C to wash it all down, his master offered him some Orange Juice. As Jayson drank, Kavar asked him, "Are you ready for your first test." Jayson soon responded, "Yes master." Kavar then replied, "Excellent, your test will begin tomorrow at dawn, I suggest you prepare for what awaits you young Jayson." As Jayson finished his breakfast, he took no time to prepare for his first test after 6 long years. He then knew he needed a place where he could train without getting in trouble for any damage. He knew of a place from his childhood that would probably been abandoned by now. So he traveled about a mile or 2 to get there, and then he finally arrived. It was abandoned just as he presumed. So he began to train. Inhaling, Exhaling, moving his feet and hands in different motions. Then soon he unleashed a sequence of different firebending moves. Sending the flames in different areas, as they finally vanished when the flames hit a small stone wall. As day turned to night Jayson was still training. Then he finally gave it a rest and stated, "I will never be ready for the challenge that awaits me." And after he meditated for a while he left to get some rest. Later that night he had another dream. This time Jayson saw an image of a man with long hair and a shaped goatee. Jayson's eyes widened with astonishment, like he somehow knew who he was, and stated, "Grandfather?" The man stated, "I am your grandfather young Jayson." Then Jayson replied, "Why have you revealed yourself to me?" His grandfather stated, "I must tell you this, in order to be the next Silver Kobbra you must believe that you will be the Silver Kobbra." Jayson soon responded, "I am not ready for what awaits me, I am no better than your average firebender." Then his grandfather said, "How powerful you will become should not be your concern, with great power comes responsibility, you will obtain this power in due timing young one." Jayon then stated, "How will I know when i'm ready?" His granfather replied, "You will know when your ready and you will be rewarded with the blade." Then suddenly a blade with aKobbra engraved in the silver bladeappeared. Jayson then said, "Is that the blade of the Silver Kobbra?" His grandfather then replied, "It is the one that was used by me in the great war, and is now in your fathers possesion, but now it is your destiny to become the next Silver kobbra." And then Jayson's grandfather suddenly vanished, as Jayson awoke to a bright and sunny morning.
