About a year pasted and Jayson was more ambitious and Vigoruos than ever.And what Jayson had been waiting for all year,the agni kai tournament center.Before he left to check it out,he wanted to see if his father would come.But he was nowhere to be found.So he left without him.When he finally arrived,he stood there in amazement.He could not believe how large and beautiful it was.He then started inside the building to check it out.When he got in he saw a huge plated floor,covered in gold with a black fire nation insignia.The building was full of seats that could hold thousands of people.Next to him stood a chair about 15 feet from the ground.Jayson wondered what it was for.Suddenly his dad appeared and said,"That seat is for the you."Jayson said,"Really?!"Jayzukai then smirked and said,"I built this for you,and i'm leaving you in charge of hosting the tournament."Jayson then stated in excitement,"Your giving this to me?!"Jayzukai then smiled and nodded his head.Jayson was very grateful that his father left him incharge.Then his father asked him,"Isn't she a beaut?"Jayson responded,It's the most incredible thing I have ever seen."Jayzukai then smirked,as they both looked at the greatest thing ever built.After about a month setting up fliers,fixing up the tournament center,and getting everything straight, the tournament officially opened.Registrations were a gold coin and for the first night the prize money was 75 gold ones.Tickets pended on different rows of seats.The word quickly spread throughout the fire nation before it opened.On opening night,they had over 20 registrations.They even had a full house of screaming people.Standing at the registration table,Jayson saw a strange masked man register.He looked like the man from his dream he had.But Jayson just thought in his mind that it was a coincidence.After the registrations were complete,Jayson being the host announced,"Let the tournament begin!"The whole colosseum cheered,as the tournament began.

Their were many talented fighters,but the man with the mask seem to defeat them with no effort at all.Sitting in the chair Jayson watched in astonishment and said to himself,"That guy is one of the greatest fighters I have ever seen."When the masked man came to the last competitor,he kind of got sloppy.He struggled to land a single hit on his oponent.As the fight became more long and drawn out,the masked man's competitor began to get tired of fighting and decided to end it.He knocked the masked man off balance and went in for the kill.But suddenly the masked man tripped his competitor,and struck him in the face.The crowd cheered for encore,but the tournament was over the masked man had won.When Jayson stepped down from his seat,he awarded the man with the gold.The man unmasked himself in a tiresome manner,as he left the arena.Before the man left Jayson took a good look at him,as everyone began to leave the tournament.The next week,Jayson set up the tournament for another night of entertainment.While he was at the registration table,he saw a young boy sign up.His name appeared to be Aaron,since that's what he put on the paper.He looked at Jayson with a determined look in his eye.And Jayson said to him before he left to get ready for the tournament,"Hey kid you think you can win?"The boy then said,"Yeah maybe."Then he left to get ready.As the tournament began Jayson could not believe that their were 10 more competitors as last week's event.Jayson had a surprise for the consumers that night.The first surprise was the prize which was 150 gold ones.The second was a cage hanging above the floor.Which was for the last two competitors.As soon as the tournament finally got underway,Jayson could see that the young teen was making his way to the top.He was a tremendous athlete.Finally making his way to the top,only the kid and a master bender remained.Then the hanging cage was brought down surrounding the 2.Jayson then made sure the steel cage was locked,so the fighters could not escape.As soon as he secured the cage and went back to his chair,The battle between the 2 raged on.Jayson was sure that the consumers were enjoying the last fight the most.Finally the boy pulled off a stunning blow to the stomach,throwing the master bender off balance.The man did not get up,and since he did not get up Jayson declared the boy the winner.Jayson then gave the boy the prize money and congratulated him on the victory. After everyone left the arena Jayson,wrapped everything up and went home. When he got home,his father was their waiting for him. His father welcomed him home and asked him if he wanted something to eat. Jayson told his father he wasn't hungry, just very tired. So he went to bed. But Jayson could not sleep, he thought about his grandfather Jaysuke. Jayson pondered on him all night long, "I wonder what trials my grandfather had to go through to become a legend?" Thought Jayson. When he woke up the next day, he told his father what he had on his mind. Jayson explained to his father that he was going away with Kavar for the weekend to learn more about his grandfather. "Kavar will show you many things my son, you will return with a lot of knowlede. I suggest you pack your things and prepare for your adventure." So Jayson went up to his room and packed. But the only thing Jayson felt he needed to pack was a sword. Jayson went downstairs, and went out the door. As soon as he stepped out the door, he took a deep breath of the fresh air. On his way, Jayson kept thinking on what he would experience during the weekend. When Jayson got to the training grounds where his master is usually is, Jayson found Kavar meditating. "Ahhhhhhh, I supspect you want to learn about your grandfather young one?" Kavar stated. Jayson replied, "Yes master I am." Kavar then grinned and said, "I am very pleased you decided to come today. Come, there are many secrets that you don't know about your grandfather."
