@kishona nope it was on hiatus after the console release, it was originally planned to be released on the FoxEngine which made it easier to port it to the PC as well but after Kojima (the creator of MGS) gave the work to platinum games it was uncertain that a PC release would ever see the light off day, cheers

@wyan_ @realone2005 nope it runs at 30 FPS on the Xbox 360 in 720p if you want to play it in 1080p guess what its not true 1080p its 720p upscaled :[ now do you understand why a PC port of this is needed ? :D I think Modern Warfare 3 runs at 60 FPS on Xbox 360 but dont quote me on this, cheers

@hippiesanta I have a Xbox 360 and I played the demo but I am a PC gamer mostly and even thou I liked the demo there is no way in hell I would pay 60 Euro for the Xbox 360 version but I will get it on PC for sure.

@SpLiTMaN MGS5 will be probably released for the PC as well, it wasnt confirmed yet but there is strong proof it will make the jump to the PC. One being that it will run on Kojimas new Foxengine which is a PC engine for the most part and the demo Kojima showed off for MGSV was running on a high end PC and keep in mind that Kojima originally wanted Metal Gear revengeance to run on the Fox Engine as well after he gave the work to Platinum games and even if Platinum games isnt a PC developer (yes I am still waiting fo bayonetta and Vanquish to hit PCs) he still kept his word and we are getting a PC release of Metal Gear revengeance :D so with all that news its very possible that Phantom pain will hit PCs, cheers

@Mr_BillGates come on man this is a common misconception that every PC gamer has a 2000 dollar expensive super elite rig. Its just simply not true the most important part when you are gaming on the PC is actually investing into a powerful graphics card and even with todays prices I think the biggest noobs out there can afford at least a decent graphics card, its just that people dont bother with tech or computer parts which I understand but lets be honest here the PC offers a great variety of entertainment in its own, 1080p HD movies, HD games in higher resolutions and I could go on and on. Yes its true the PC community was lacking on a lot of cool games that were only released for the consoles but I have a feeling it will soon change as the next gen consoles are basically mini-PCs and it will be a lot easier than in the current gen to port games to the PC and between the consoles, cheers
