OK I bought two new games for my PS3 last night and when Iwent to play them today I was noticing some very scratchy ness in the sound. It mostly happened when there were louder noises such as during gunfire on Kane and Lynch. It is very annoying and not something I would like to continue. Seeing as it is doing it on at least two games I am ruling them out so that leaves me with the ps3, the tv, and the hdmi cable. I also dont think it is the tv because I am not noticing any problems when watching regular tv. Has anyone experienced this or can anyone help me figure out what the problem is and correct it. Thanks

OK I just bought PS3 and an HDTV. I have my Ps3 hooked up with an HDMI cable and it looks simply amazing. I was so impressed with the picture that I called my cable company (Comcast) and asked if I could switch my box for one with and HDMI hook up. They told me no problem so I went out and switched them and picked up another HDMI cable. I hooked it up and honestly I see no difference. I was hoping someone on here has Comcast and has it hooked up with an HDMI cable and could tell me what could possibly be the problem. I dont know if its hooked up incorrectly or what. Please anyone help.

OK I am buying a PS3 either this week or next and just wanted to get a good HDTV for it to look as good as it can. I saw the Insignia - 26" 720p Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD HDTV in Best Buy's ad today and was immediately intrigued. They have it for only $379.99 and for someone not looking to spend too much money on himself before Christmas it seems great. I just wanted to know if anyone has it and can tell me if it looks good. I have a 360 and Wii, and now with a PS3 I just want them to look really good.

Othere people have said it might be on the wrong setting too but I don't know how to change any of that. There is nothing to do in the TV menu and I can't find the manual.

ok its simple there will just be two screens in one. Kind of like when you are playing a multiplayer game and you each have your own screen. There are like two seperate screens showing the same thing crammed on one screen.

OK I have an HD TV but for some reson when I went to hook my 360 up in HD a split screen happened. This also happened when I tried to hook up my Wii in HD. The only reason I am bringing it up now is because I want a PS3 and the big thing is the HD and the blu-ray discs. I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this problem or can tell me what I can try to do becuase I don't want to get the PS3 abd not have it look the way it should, and I can't afford to get a new TV and PS3. Thanks for any help.
