...well, not quite.
I've recently got into a spate of buying games that have seen the light of release for a few years now, and neglecting the more recent titles. Now, i'm not talking retro games here or anything, but the Sold Out budget series have
been catching my eye alot recently. Infact, today I managed to pick up the original Freedom Force and managed to lay my hands on Republic: The Revolution a few weeks back. Project IGI is also on the horizon, and for £4.99, you cant really complain.
I suppose I can attribute this to the 'gap' in gaming I took a few years ago, and am slowly catching up on the old titles I missed out on (as FF and Republic are both games I was really interested in at the time, and the same is with IGI). But despite that, i'm finding it's a great way to buy great titles, some only a year old, for rock bottom prices, and so if this keeps up, considering how quickly new games go to budget lines these days, I may start to simply wait a few months for the newer games to come down, and pick them up at rock bottom prices!
