Zoomer is talking real sense here as much as we all wish and hope it would be released this year I think late next year is unfortunately the more realistic date neither the less as with all gta games it will be worth the wait.

May I suggest you give sleeping dogs a try it's surprizingly good and relieves the sandbox itch.
