Gears of War 3 Beta fixes

I'm one of the lucky people that got into the beta early and I've been playing it non-stop since yesterday. Here's a list of things I think should be fixed. These are all observations made from playing Team Deathmatch.

-The Ink Grenades immobilize you for about 2 1/2 seconds when they land 3 or 4 feet from you causing you to nearly die all on their own. I think it would be fine if they stopped you from shooting like the smoke grenades do but being immobilized in ink makes them too good.

-The meat shield has about half the durability compared to Gears 2. Wtf why? It was perfect in Gears 2. Make it how it use to be.

-Updating/trading shotgun kills happens way more often now. I thought having dedicated servers was going to fix that? Guess not. It did the opposite. That needs to be addressed somehow so it stops happening so often.

-It feels like you have less health than in Gears 2. Which is not cool because it was perfect in Gears 2. You die a lot quicker now. We need a small increase of health please.

-People aren't kidding when they say the Retro Lancer is really really strong. It needs to either have even more kickback, or a shorter clip size, or a small damage nerf.

-The movement speed was increased a little too much. It's faster than Gears 1 and it makes it hard to be tactical with your team. Anyone can just run around mindlessly with the sawd-off and get plenty of kills. Maybe make it a little faster than Gears 2 but not so much.

-The Boomshot has 3 shots again. After changing it back to 2 shots in Gears 2 you think they would leave it like that because it was fine that way. Change it back to 2 shots please.
