So I just recieved this comp from newegg

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229193

The problem is when I hooked it up to the monitor I got a "VGA no signal" display on my monitor. Could that be a problem with the graphics card?

Heck, I'm such a computer noob that I don't even know if the graphics card is even in there. When I got my computer it also came with 3 chips that were attached to some type of belt. What could those be? and could it be a reason why my comp isn't working with the monitor?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if my questions are stupid but I literally don't have much of a clue when I'm dealing with computers and would really like my comp to work.

I don't got much money to spend on a new comp so I was wondering if this was worth the $600.

Thanks in advance!

thanks for the response, although I'm not sure what you meant by your second statement. Are you saying the second computer isn't worth the $750? Also, some more opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey guys. I managed to save up enough money from my job and I am looking to buy a nice gaming desktop for a cheap price. The games I play are not too graphic intensive (WoW, Starcraft 2, League of Legends, etc..) so I am not looking for top of the notch stuff.

I only have between $600-$800 to spend so I am looking for something cheap.

I was looking around on newegg.com and I found these two comps.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16883147087

and

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16883229181

What do you guys think? I believe they are both good enough to play the games I listed but are they worth the price tag? Which one would you guys prefer? And finally if anyone wants, would they be able to link me to something better on newegg in my price range if the two computer above don't cut it.

Due to bad experiences in the past, building my own computer is not an option so please don't recommend it.

Thanks to anyone who posts their opinions!

-Melee has a more balanced character roster (which is pretty sad)

1. How much save files can you have in this game. I have a brother and we're both pretty adamant about playing the game on seperate files so we don't have to 'share' a file.

2. I have never played SMG 1. Will that diminish my gaming experience of SMG 2?

3. Finally, for those of you who have beaten the game, how much replayability is in this game? I generally don't like to spend $50+ on a game that I can beat in two or three days and then be done with it.

Hey, I'm lookin for someone with a metalcoat to do me a favor and help me evolve my Scyther. I don't got anything to offer since i just got the game so if anyone can do this for me, it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance if someone decides to help out.

So I created two threads in the past week asking for advice on what platform game I should get. Both were closed. May I ask why? I know it states somewhere that these types of threads should go in that sticky up there but that is just stupid. Posting my question in the sticky would get me only ONE answer, while making a thread would get me 9-10. When I'm looking for advice on what game I should get I don't want it to be just from ONE person; I would like several people to give their opinions, so I can get more information.

Again, this sticky rule is just plain stupid. Let people make their own threads about advice for what games they should get, because it not only gets the community more involved, but it helps the person making the thread get a more knowladgable opinion on what they should get because of the varying input he or she is recieveing from the thread.

TLDR: Several opinions >>>>> just ONE opinion
